IT Support Specialist (Workstation Administrator)

📋 Description

• On-site WA for TAP IT systems at Fort Riley; liaison between TAP and NEC.
• Plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain TAP networked systems and end-user IT assets.
• Provide customer-centric IT support from first contact through closure of each request or incident.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of computer network administration and LAN/topologies.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ticketing systems.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or DoD 8570 baseline).
• Ability to gather, analyze, and present facts; interpret rules and procedures.
• Willingness to complete DoD/AT/OPSEC/Privacy training as required.
• Strong customer service skills with tact and diplomacy.
