IT Support & Systems Administration Roles

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and systems administration across Windows-based IT environments.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory, including user and access management.
• Support Microsoft Azure cloud services and optimize cloud-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and other technical issues and implement fixes.
• Support service desk operations and ITIL-aligned processes for incidents and requests.
• Manage identity and access provisioning; maintain documentation and operational records.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or related role.
• Strong Windows Server administration and Active Directory management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving in Microsoft environments; documentation skills.
• Experience with Veritas NetBackup and ITIL/service desk concepts; English/Spanish communication a
