Main contact for office tech issues (doors, workstations, CCTV, Wi-Fi, printers)
Assist with meeting room and Teams Room setup and troubleshooting
Manage hardware & inventory (laptops, onboarding/offboarding, redeployment)
Handle password and MFA reset tickets for GDC users; escalate as needed
Autopilot enrollment for devices in Intune and ensure proper setup
Support executive/client visits and protect high-value equipment

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year IT/Tech Support experience
Azure Entra experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
Motivated, receptive to feedback, trustworthy
Open to career shifters; no gender requirements
Lift and carry IT equipment up to 5–15 kg
