IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally with IT Support, Security, and Engineering to optimize internal systems
• Design and configure scalable, secure infrastructure across on-prem and cloud
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate workflows and API integrations
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, ensure reliability and uptime
• Manage identity and access, including SSO and MFA, per security policies

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a Systems Engineering role, or 3-4 years in IT Support with progression
• Experience managing Mac, Windows, and Linux environments
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) and API integrations
• Familiarity with enterprise security practices and endpoint protection
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Clear communication and collaborative approach across teams
