IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in Guadalajara, Mexico with possible on-site work
• Engineer and maintain IT systems to securely manage access to end-user systems
• Collaborate with HR Tech, Security, PMO, and Helpdesk to resolve pain points
• Contribute to IT automation and documentation efforts
• Provide escalation support for access, device, and application issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT systems/engineering with IAM, endpoint management, or SaaS administration
• Working knowledge of Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle); Okta Workflows/SCIM a plus
• Hands-on with Google Workspace and Slack administration; Microsoft 365 a plus
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune) for device management
• Comfort with multiple SaaS platforms and vendor relationships
• Experience using APIs or no-code tools to automate tasks
