Serve as the IT escalation point for routine requests
Own PC fleet management: provisioning, imaging, Ansible config, Teamviewer enrollment
Troubleshoot GPU driver and kernel issues; create SOPs to prevent knowledge loss
Support internal IT requests: tool integrations, access management
Assist with government enclave maintenance: compliance logging and access control
Own IT intake process with a clear ticketing workflow

🎯 Requirements

2–5 years in IT systems administration or related role
Strong Linux knowledge (Ubuntu preferred)
Networking fundamentals
Ansible experience
Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Docker and Kubernetes experience
