IT Systems Engineer (Endpoint)

📋 Description

• Architect and manage Jamf, Fleet, Intune, Entra Conditional Access policies for zero-trust device compliance.
• Design and operate endpoint configurations across macOS, iOS, Windows.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Bash, and AppleScript at scale.
• Integrate telemetry with Splunk for real-time monitoring and security investigations.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance to drive endpoint standards and audits.
• Create runbooks, docs, and provide training and Tier-3 support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT systems engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience with Jamf, Fleet, Intune, and Entra Conditional Access.
• Strong scripting: PowerShell, Bash, and AppleScript.
• End-to-end enterprise endpoint management across macOS, iOS, Windows.
• Splunk observability and security monitoring experience.
• Experience with CIS benchmarks and ITAR/EAR controls.
