IT Systems Engineer - Internal Platforms & SRE

📋 Description

• Design, write, and deliver software and services to improve availability, scalability, reliability
• Solve problems related to mission critical services and build automation to prevent recurrence and
• Collaborate with Lambda Engineering and internal teams to influence designs, architectures
• Engage in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, performance analysis, and system tuning.
• Produce documentation and artifacts for the systems you are responsible for.

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in system design, performance, scalability, and experience with multiple cloud platforms
• Think about edge cases, failure modes, and specific implementations.
• Experience with configuration management toolchains (Chef, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions
• Solid programming skills: Python, Go, etc.
• Ability to collaborate and document issues and solutions asynchronously.
• Proactive, go-for-it attitude with focus on quick, effective delivery and iteration.
