IT Systems Engineer, Mobile Client Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program across regions where Anthropic
• Own global logistics of issuing hardware including procurement partners and regional coverage.
• Integrate mobile configuration into config-as-code pipelines with policy testing and progressive
• Build zero-touch enrollment for iOS and Android with managed Apple accounts and ADE equivalents.
• Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the corporate fleet.
• Develop telemetry to monitor devices, OS/patch state, and state drift.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years managing corporate mobile fleets at scale (multi-region/global).
• Deep expertise in iOS device management: Enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager, ADE, APNs
• Experience with Android device management and mixed fleets.
• Device configuration as code experience; not just console-based.
• Experience running an MDM/UEM infrastructure (self-hosted or through AWS/Terraform) including
• Ability to work across teams, champions telemetry-driven progressive rollout, and communicate
