IT Tech Support Technician

📋 Description

• Provide technical support for live studio equipment and IT systems.
• Install and maintain video streaming gear per procedures.
• Install, administer, troubleshoot computers and hardware.
• Monitor information systems and diagnose issues promptly.
• Respond to user calls and resolve software problems.
• Prepare technical reports when requested by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be 21+ years old; NJ gaming license eligible.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, email, etc.
• Windows knowledge: install and troubleshoot software.
• Strong networking skills and teamwork in diverse environments.
• Clear communication to explain work issues and procedures.
