🎯 Requirements

  • Min 3 years IT Help Desk or desktop support experience
  • AD/Okta account creation/maintenance
  • Experience with cloud apps (Gmail, GDrive, Slack, Zscaler, CrowdStrike)
  • Basic knowledge of endpoint security and management
  • Audio Visual support experience (Zoom, Logitech devices)
  • Mac OS X and Windows 10/11 support experience
