🎯 Requirements

2+ years with configuration/administration of Atlassian products (Jira Core, Jira Software
Understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile
Solid knowledge of JQL, automation rules, SLA configs, user management, permission schemes
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field a bonus
Ability to work independently in dynamic environment
Strong time management and multitasking for multiple clients/deliverables
