Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across all design phases
Provide Revit support for preparation of project documents
Prepare design and construction documents and assist with schedules/budgets
Support construction administration: site visits, shop drawing reviews
Coordinate sets of contract documents and communicate with clients/contractors
Ensure compliance with building codes and project deadlines

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in architecture
Retail project experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s in Architecture preferred or equivalent experience
Revit skills required
Knowledge of building codes
Ability to coordinate complete contract documents
