Jr. Accounting Associate

📋 Description

• Support client onboarding for assigned engagements following procedures.
• Assist with AP/AR, bookkeeping, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, sales journals, and sales tax returns; review payroll.
• Support audits to ensure accuracy of financial documents, expenditures, investments.
• Assist revenue forecasting and profit margin analysis.
• Assist general ledger reconciliation and AP/AR management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business (Master’s a plus).
• Entry-level position; ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Eager to learn US Accounting Systems.
• Excellent business English communication; interviews conducted in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• US GAAP knowledge/experience is a plus.
