📋 Description

• Develop and grow relationships with network and major affiliates
• Manage affiliate partners, understanding client business models and trends
• Solve sales and campaign management problems
• Maintain and increase sales toward monthly targets
• Communicate with publishers to understand challenges and drive improvements
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
• Conduct tests and advise on campaign effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction)
• 1-2 years direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network)
• Ability to work independently
• Sales-driven with excellent communication skills
• Digital marketing experience is a plus
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
