Jr. Appraisal Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize an assigned caseload of appraisal orders
• Submit appraisal requests through Mercury Network and coordinate assignment to qualified appraisers
• Maintain efficient appraisal workflows using Encompass, Mercury Network, and other relevant systems
• Process appraisal-related payments per company policies
• Maintain accurate tracking reports from initial order through final completion
• Communicate with appraisers, appraisal management companies, vendors, and customers to keep orders

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience placing FHA and VA appraisal orders
• Working knowledge of mortgage appraisal processes; broader knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with industry-standard computer programs and the ability to learn multiple workflow
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
