📋 Description

• Assist with 2,000+ monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Perform high-volume bank reconciliations and data analysis.
• Analyze data across entities for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain monthly bank statements and related info.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with Sales Agents regarding reporting needs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; bachelor's preferred in accounting/finance.
• 4+ years in an office environment; accounting/financial reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and high-volume financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Word/Outlook also expected.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
