📋 Description

• Support sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Source candidates and maintain talent pipelines across multiple roles.
• Screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to meet hiring goals and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or relevant internship experience.
• Strong internship experience in HR or Recruitment is highly preferred.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and relentless follow-up.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
