Junior Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of small- and mid-size client accounts.
• Understand business goals; guide planning with project teams.
• Support client relationships via regular check-ins and deliverables.
• Prepare persuasive emails, SOWs, and documents to drive buy-in.
• Negotiate goals/constraints and resourcing; create detailed project plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for deals and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of agency experience in account or project management.
• Experience delivering and defending feedback for design and web projects.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication (English).
• Comfortable with remote collaboration using video chat, Google Docs, Slack.
• Ability to work at least 4-5 business hours in Pacific Standard Time.
