Junior Account Manager

📋 Description

• This is a staffing agency position employed by TCWGlobal.
• Contract assignment anticipated at $55.00 - $65.00 per hour, ~6 months with potential extension.
• Remote assignment assigned to Marqeta; collaborate with multiple teams to support marketing efforts.
• Support POD leader, manage customer-facing materials and reviews, and prepare content for Revenue
• Assist with presentation materials in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, and Excel/Google
• Support day-to-day customer management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Operations or Account Management ideal.
• Experience documenting, tracking, and supporting daily customer program operations; deliver
• Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email).
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
