🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year direct client management in CS/AM/Sales at a B2B tech
• Interest in Crypto/Web3 is required; crypto exchange exp a plus
• Delivers value to complex customers with many employees
• Build long-term relationships with business, tech, and exec teams
• Consultative; navigate clients' needs across industries and lifecycles
• Ability to distill complex tech into simple concepts
