Junior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, billing terms, and internal
• Review customer, contract, and billing information to ensure records are complete and up to date.
• Manage accounts receivable activities; follow up on outstanding balances to support cash flow.
• Respond to billing questions; collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to
• Provide backup for vendor invoices and payments; assist with accounts payable when required.
• AR aging analysis, cash collection reporting, and other financial reports for management.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar Finance or accounting role, preferably SaaS/tech.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; organized and consistent.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work with internal teams and customers.
• Comfortable with Excel/Sheets; motivated to work with Sage Intacct and Salesforce.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to own responsibilities and follow through.
