📋 Description

• You actively shape DataGuard’s growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for our
• You advise customers on information security using our platform and build scalable ISMS solutions
• You act as a trusted partner, guiding customers through audits (e.g. ISO 27001 or TISAX®).
• You leverage AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, more consistent, and higher-quality security
• You support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for existing
• You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by translating customer insights into actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in IT, information security, or compliance or
• Passion for technology, security, AI, and safe digital operations
• Basic understanding of ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX®, NIST or similar frameworks
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to customers
• Comfort using AI tools to improve work efficiency
• Excellent German and English communication skills
