📋 Description

• You actively shape DataGuard’s growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for our
• You advise customers on information security using our platform and build scalable ISMS solutions
• You act as a trusted partner, guiding customers through audits (e.g. ISO 27001 or TISAX®)
• You leverage AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, more consistent, and higher-quality security
• You support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for existing
• You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by translating customer insights into actionable

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in IT, information security, compliance, or
• You are passionate about technology, security, AI, and how companies can operate safely in a
• You have a basic understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX®
• You enjoy working with customers and can explain complex topics in a simple and structured way.
• You are comfortable using AI tools to work smarter, learn faster and continuously improve how work
• You have excellent German and English communication skills
