📋 Description

• Assist with the management, configuration, and optimization of CRM workflows supporting sales
• Support setup, testing, monitoring, and refinement of automated marketing campaigns focused on lead
• Investigate workflow, CRM, and automation issues, researching solutions and resolving challenges
• Collaborate with teams to ensure CRM workflows and automations support operational goals.
• Assist with integrations between CRM systems and third-party apps via automation platforms like
• Help maintain reliable automation processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Zoho, Monday, GoHighLevel
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; motivated juniors with strong learning ability
• Strong problem-solving and proactive research skills.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly in a changing environment.
• English B2 level and bilingual Spanish/English communication for LATAM support.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic reporting/analytics.
