📋 Description

Oversee customer service ops across email, chat, and future channels.
Coordinate with 3PL and fulfillment partners to optimize shipping.
Build scalable customer support workflows, SOPs, and FAQs.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in operations/ecommerce/customer experience or support ops.

Strong operational and systems-thinking abilities.
Proactive problem solving and ownership mentality.
