📋 Description

• As a junior finance controller, support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Monitor performance vs budgets and forecasts; flag discrepancies
• Support annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with data and reports
• Analyze financial data; report on profitability, revenue, cash flow
• Assist with financial models for planning and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in finance/accounting/auditing
• Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; financial modeling, data analysis, reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interpret financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cross-department collaboration
