Junior Fleet Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor fleet performance and triage issues to keep operations running smoothly
• Investigate tickets related to collar functionality and tower performance
• Coordinate resolution and escalate to relevant teams as needed
• Collaborate with Deployment, Product, Customer Experience, and Software teams
• Design and build internal tooling, dashboards, and automation for scaling globally
• Maintain internal docs and knowledge bases for known issues

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with dashboards, tools, workflows, logs, and APIs
• Builder mindset for internal tooling and scalable workflows
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences
