• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• 2 years of recruitment experience; tech recruitment a plus
• Strong recruitment passion and career focus
• Confident, vibrant person with a go-getter attitude
• Able to manage ambiguity with professionalism; startups mindset
• Motivate yourself to improve in this growing community
• Excellent English communication; able to engage with diverse regions
• Strong written and oral communication, including presentations
