Junior Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses within Eurofins Academy
• Update multilingual versions of courses using translation resources
• Support administration of the internal Learning Centre
• Create user guides and quick reference materials
• Monitor the Academy support mailbox and handle queries
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of learning content and learner experience

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in business, science, or engineering
• English fluency required; other languages a plus
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Experience in training/teaching is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with e-learning tools welcome
