Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents
Onboard/offboard users in our systems
Assist users with IT incidents when called upon
Document requests in the IT service desk system
Install and configure new IT equipment
Ensure office IT infrastructure functions (rooms, wifi, videoconferencing, printers)

🎯 Requirements

Experience in a similar IT support role
Understand network principles
Strong memory of how software/OS work
Fluency in English and Polish
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and able to prioritize workload
