📋 Description

• Assist in preparation of cases in Immigration, Estate, Business and Family law.
• Conduct legal research and present findings to senior attorneys.
• Draft and prepare legal documents accurately.
• Provide empathetic client support while maintaining confidentiality.
• Attend court proceedings and mediations with senior lawyers.
• Stay updated on changes in Estate, Immigration, Business and Family law.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in any Canadian province.
• Advanced level of English; Spanish/French a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in Immigration, Estate, Business or Family law.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to solve problems independently with strong analytical thinking.
