Junior Legal Counsel - Commercial

📋 Description

• Day-to-day contractual reviews, negotiations, and drafting of commercial agreements
• Use standard templates for service terms, subcontracts, consultancy, agency, and reseller agreements
• Ensure terms align with company policy; amend and extend existing agreements
• Manage renewal/extension dates and negotiation timelines
• Present legal issues to management with analysis and recommendations
• Ad-hoc duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Laws or Legal Degree
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Very good command of English
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Excellent analytical skills to identify risks and propose solutions
