Primary contact for day-to-day contractual reviews, negotiations, and drafting of commercial
Check terms of standard agreements against company policy; amend/extend existing agreements.
Manage renewal/extension dates and related negotiation timetable.
Present legal issues to management with analysis, options, and recommendations.
Support the wider legal function on strategic or ad-hoc matters as required.
Additional tasks may be assigned as business needs evolve.

🎯 Requirements

Doctor of Laws or Master of Laws degree.
Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
Very good command of English.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with different teams.
Excellent analytical skills with risk identification and solution focus.
