📋 Description

  • Operational strategy & execution: support growth initiatives and GTM strategies.
  • Catalog & program maintenance: ensure CSP offerings and NCE SKUs are represented.
  • Licensing support: assist with tenant configuration inquiries, license migrations, pricing.
  • Ecosystem bundling: collaborate with ISVs to build Microsoft+SaaS bundles.
  • Program execution: track deal flow, onboarding milestones, and enablement docs.
  • Incentive tracking: monitor partner incentives and regional rebates to maximize profitability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a technology channel environment (MSP, VAR, or Cloud Distributor).
  • Experience with ISVs or multi-vendor technology sales is preferred.
  • Microsoft literacy: knowledge of tenants, seat licenses, CSP framework.
  • Attention to detail due to complex licensing (NCE 1-month vs 12-month).
  • Platform aptitude: experience with digital commerce/marketplace platforms.
  • Certifications (highly regarded): AZ-900 or MS-900.
