Junior Operations Support Associate

📋 Description

• Support global onboarding and KYC processes with internal systems and teams.
• Monitor and analyze internal service cases; identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and ops teams on platform needs.
• Develop and maintain FAQs, SOPs, and docs for features.
• Provide operational support; perform tasks as assigned by supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English; other languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Independent problem solving; troubleshoot and propose improvements.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in customer service ops, risk management, or related roles in finance or crypto is a plus.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
