Junior Partner - M&A Advisor

📋 Description

• Independent contractor (1099) role as Junior Partner
• Lead M&A transactions end-to-end with full client control
• Autonomy with centralized deal support, marketing, legal, and buyer outreach
• Build deep relationships with PE, VC, family offices, and strategic buyers
• Commission-based compensation; no base salary
• Origination focus; leverage own network and FE-provided leads over time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in investment banking, corporate development, PE, or M&A advisory
• Proven track record of originating and closing deals
• Existing network of founders, PE firms, family offices, corporate buyers
• Experience in software, e-commerce, or technology sectors preferred
• Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, results-driven, commission-oriented
