Junior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Germany)

📋 Description

• Manage core paid channels daily (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Ensure tracking and insights for scalable funnels.
• Create ad concepts, organize assets, and run tests.
• Monitor campaigns with Voluum, GA4, dashboards; flag anomalies.
• Pull and clean performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) for reviews.
• Support landing pages and conversion rate improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Knowledge of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Ability to quickly learn new software, dashboards, and interfaces.
• Strong analytical and creative skills; comfortable with data/Excel.
• Nice-to-haves: GA4, Voluum, CPM/CTR/CPA knowledge.
• English fluency and clear communication.
