Junior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Ireland)

📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end user acquisition: campaigns, creatives, analytics, reporting
• Manage daily paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and track with Voluum/GA4
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with tracking and data insights
• Collaborate with Product and Content to improve landing page conversions
• Maintain internal dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reviews
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and optimize CAC/ROAS targets

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Familiar with Meta, TikTok, Google ads
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Ability to translate data into creative briefs
• Fluent English; clear communication and self-driven
• Nice-to-haves: CPM/CTR/CPA; GA4/Voluum
