Junior Performance Marketer (Remote - Europe)

📋 Description

• Assist daily management of core paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Ensure tracking implementation and data insights for scalable funnels
• Prepare new ad concepts, organize assets, and set up audience tests
• Monitor campaigns using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
• Pull, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention)
• Support landing page testing to improve conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: minimum 1 year in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Platform knowledge: basic structures of Meta, TikTok, Google ads
• Technical: quick to learn new software, dashboards, and tracking interfaces
• Analytical & creative: data-driven with strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of metrics and tools: CPM, CTR, CPA; GA4/Voluum familiarity
• Soft skills: fluent English; driven, accountable, action-oriented, curious, humble learner
