Junior Pre-Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, and webinars on Ajax products for customers and staff.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features for distributors and installers.
• Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers about Ajax products and technology.
• Promote product solutions based on customer needs and provide technical consultation.
• Conduct market research and compare competitors' product features.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation.
• Strong knowledge of intrusion, IP CCTV, and access control systems.
• Experience installing/designing video surveillance or other security systems.
• Public speaking experience (a plus).
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and South India.
