🎯 Requirements

Foundational design craft with a portfolio showing clear thinking.
Hungry, self-propelled, able to learn and grow quickly.
Strong communication; explain reasoning and iterate fast.
Experience using AI tools to learn and produce faster.
Based in Toronto/GTA; legally able to work in Canada; fluent in English.
Willingness to dive into GRC/compliance concepts.

🎁 Benefits

Salary + equity: CAD 60,000 - 70,000 per year.
