Junior Product Manager, DevOps and AI

📋 Description

• Lead product planning, analysis, and design for the AI Native platform.
• Translate the engineering lifecycle into structured product solutions.
• Implement AI Agent capabilities for engineering workflows, including knowledge sharing.
• Drive AI integration with code repos, CI/CD, tests, and environments.
• Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation, feedback, and scale-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, SE, AI, or related field.
• Fresh grads with stellar internships or relevant experiences can be considered.
• Software Engineering / CS background to work with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot).
