🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in project management, operations, consulting, business development, or partnerships.
• German on a native level and fluent English with excellent communication.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills to build partnerships.
• Exceptional organizational skills to plan and manage multiple workstreams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights to guide decisions.
