Junior Project Manager ( M/F/H )

📋 Description

• Support delivery of technical R&T and innovation projects
• Work with project leaders, engineers and stakeholders
• Ensure on-track planning, budget, deliverables, risks and quality
• Translate complex tech into clear actions and reports
• Monitor contractual/financial obligations for funded projects
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Communications and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business Admin or related field
• 2–5 years PM experience
• Experience with stakeholders in complex orgs/projects
• Budget, contract and risk management experience
• Tech understanding to work with engineers
• Strong organisation, communication and reporting
