• Cooperate with hiring managers; adjust and improve search strategies
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 0.5–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (or strong motivation)
• Proactivity and time management
• Excellent communication skills
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Desire to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter
