Source and pipeline candidates for high-volume sales, ops, and tech roles.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment workflows: scheduling, screening, interviews.
Participate in candidate interviews and client-facing interviews.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and update pipelines.
Maintain ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Draft and post job descriptions across platforms; ensure quality.

🎯 Requirements

Agency recruitment/sourcing experience (non-negotiable)
Sourcing/managing high-volume candidates in sales & tech
Strong written/spoken English for internal/client communication
Experience in candidate and client interviews
US EST hours; proficient with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
ATS familiarity (Lever/Greenhouse/Bullhorn) and LinkedIn Recruiter
