📋 Description

• Drive Agile transformation across Vonage with LACE and SAFe implementation
• Introduce strong Agile culture within one or more teams
• Assist Release Train Engineers with SAFe events and PI planning
• Mentor and support teams to follow agile values and practices
• Promote data-driven performance monitoring and continuous improvement
• Foster open communication and alignment among teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of tracking progress
• Resilience, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability
• Willingness to learn and work in a multicultural, international environment
• Experience with SAFe knowledge is a plus (potential progression to RTE)
