📋 Description

• Act as trusted technical advisor through the sales cycle.
• Handle technical content of RFPs/RFIs/tenders with reusable templates.
• Bridge client use cases with product capabilities and precede feedback to PM.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting differentiators.
• Train sales on product updates and create enablement assets.
• Represent Arrive at events and industry forums.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in CS or engineering.
• 2+ years in sales engineering or technical support (B2B hardware).
• Deep knowledge of Terminals/Kiosk systems, payments, SaaS concepts.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to all audiences.
• Experience training sales teams; analytical, customer-centric.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
