Screening: talk to candidates to match roles
Shadowing: candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues
Networking: build relationships with candidates and clients
Involved in recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, meetings, interviews, systems updates
Advertise positions and liaise with external agencies

🎯 Requirements

Excellent English and Dutch verbal/written skills
Approachable, proactive, energetic; able to work under pressure
At least 1 year in customer/client-facing roles
Experience in recruitment and social media is a plus
HR/TA degree or related experience is an asset
